Name- Daisuke Sabitsura
Age : 650 (apparent age is early forties)
Relationship to Hirato: Former teacher

Zanpakuto: Mugoi Mouchou (Cruel Bird of Prey)
Abilities : Daisuke once held the position of 11th Division, killing his predecessor to become the 9th Kenpachi in a one-on-one match. His swordsmanship is expert level and his hand to hand fighting ability is advanced, although he never received any training in the former. He is also very experienced and has fought many different types of enemies, allowing him to take on a wide range of battles with little difficulty. Outside of battle, Daisuke is a very strategic thinker but when fighting he tends to simply fight to kill the enemy. The former 9th Kenpachi cannot use any Kido at all but this rarely gives him trouble in battle. Daisuke is also very fast and can match a Captain's speed unless that Captain is particularly adept with Shunpo (like Byakuya).

Age: 430 (apparent age is mid thirties)
Relationship to Hirato: Friend and former classmate in the Shinigami Academy

Zanpakuto: Fennikusu Doki (Phoenix's Wrath)
Abilities: Masato showed considerable potential with Kido in the Academy, deciding to focus his efforts on mastering the spells. He is now capable of using nineties level Kido effectively and has created many Kido of his own, some Hado and some Bakudo in addition to a myriad of barriers. Masato is capable of using two high level Kido at once and can do so while maintaining one of his barriers, although it steadily drains his reiatsu. His skill in Zanjutsu is average for a Captain and he can hold his own in Hakuda; he prefers to keep opponents at a distance and attack them with mid-range or long-range Kido attacks, the spells occasionally complementing his Zanpakuto in the rare event that the Kido Corps Captain actually releases it.

Name- Kojiro Yamashita
Age: 380 (apparent age is late twenties)
Relationship to Hirato: Former classmate and friend
Rank: 4th Seat of 11th Division
Zanpakuto: Sawagi Tora (Tiger's Uproar)
Abilities: Despite his rank, Kojiro is a Captain level fighter and can fight on par with opponents who could challenge the 13th Captains. Kojiro has concealed his power for quite some time simply because he has no desire at all to lead a division; he trains and gets stronger only to seek out more powerful enemies. Kojiro has little ability with Kido and doesn't like to fight someone who relies on it for battle, considering dependance on spells and such the mark of one who is not a true warrior. He is very skilled in Zanjutsu and Hakuda and uses them both to devastating effect in a battle, although he rarely combines the two skills. Kojiro is very physically strong and fights to kill by overwhelming his opponent; he has received plenty of training in Zanjutsu but little in Hakuda, preferring to use his street brawl style attacks. Kojiro also possesses great skill in Shunpo and can match a Captain's speed if he so chooses.

Rank: 4th Seat of 7th Division
Zanpakuto: Shan Kikai (Beautiful Instrument)
Abilities: Hiten is an expert in Zanjutsu and skilled in Kido, possessing enough strength to make him a Captain class fighter. He has trained extensively in Zanjutsu with Lieutenants and Captains and Hiten has trained in Kido with Masato and other Captains who specialize in Kido. His experience also makes him able to fight almost any type of enemy on equal ground; he has a habit of prolonging fights so he can hear the "melody" of his opponent's blade, but this does not prevent him from finishing fights quickly when he has to for whatever reason. Hiten rarely uses Hakuda in a fight but is average at it due to some training in it during his time at the Academy and a few hand-to-hand fights with enemies. Despite their power being fairly equal, Hiten is faster than any of the other Sentinels and is skilled enough with Shunpo to make clones of himself using it.

Name- Isamu Mori
Age: 408 (apparent age is early thirties)
Relationship to Hirato: Former classmate and friend
Rank: 5th Seat of 8th Division
Zanpakuto: Hanzatsu Ranpu (Disruptive Light)
Abilities: Isamu's Zanpakuto is a Kido type and he is an expert in Kido, only surpassed by Masato in the Sentinels. Isamu is a very cautious fighter, waiting and observing his enemy's abilities until he comes up with a plan to deal with them. Due to his concentration in Kido, Isamu is only an average swordsman and hand-to-hand combatant, although his Zanpakuto and Kido more than compensate for this weakness. The 5th Seat recognized his weakness in close combat long ago and trained extensively in Shunpo, increasing his speed to a Captain's level and can usually avoid attacks if the opponent does manage to get close. Like all the other Sentinels, Isamu is a Captain level combatant but he is satisfied with his current rank and holds back in fights observed by most other Shinigami.

Name- Hanako Matsuda
Age: 411
Relationship to Hirato: Friend and former classmate
Rank : 5th Seat of the 2nd
Zanpakuto: Ken no Ari (Sting of the Ant)
Abilities: Hanako is a Zanjutsu and Hakuda expert, focusing almost solely on developing those skills since she was accepted into the 2nd division following her graduation from the Academy. Under Soi Fon, she learned the art of assassination and became an expert assassin, often killing her targets before they even realized their deaths. Hanako can easily conceal her reiatsu completely and move through any terrain she is familiar with noiselessly; the 3rd Seat is also a Shunpo expert and while Hanako is not the fastest member of the Sentinels, she is the second most adept at using Shunpo with very little or no sound. Hanako is not very good with Kido due to her lack of training in it, but she knows enough spells to get by if she has to use Kido in battle.

Name- Naoko Matsuda
Age: 435 (apparent age is mid thirties)

Rank: 3rd Seat of 2nd Division
Zanpakuto: Soshaku no Hebi (Bite of the Snake)
Abilities: Naoko once saw Captain Soi Fon fight and heard many stories about her strength, starting to look up to her when she entered the Academy. For this reason, Naoko joined the 2nd Division and started training extensively in Hakuda, becoming an expert in hand-to-hand combat over time. Despite her concentration in that area, Naoko trained in Zanjutsu as well, although she prefers to assassinate enemies rather than fight them head-on due to the nature of the 2nd division. Naoko is the stealthiest of the Sentinels and can travel almost anywhere in the Soul Society undetected by anyone except for masters of stealth like her Captain. She is a Shunpo expert and her current ability in stealth and assassination rivals that of her Captain.


Name- Aya Sasaki
Age: 423 (apparent age is early thirties)

Zanpakuto: Souken Joutou (Creation's Advance)
Abilities: Aya is the second Sentinel with an elemental Zanpakuto and she has trained and fought with it extensively, making her a Zanjutsu expert. Her swordsmanship in a head-on fight is the best of the Sentinels and she has trained with Hirato, developing a few of her own Zanjutsu techniques by watching Hirato use the ones he learned from Daisuke. Aya, like all the other Sentinels, is a Captain class fighter and could hold her own against even a master swordsman like Byakuya. Her Hakuda is good and she has trained in it but only enough to make her a mid-high tier combatant while using it. Aya is also an expert in Shunpo and is the second fastest Sentinel; she rarely uses Kido yet knows enough spells to use them if she really has to, although Zanjutsu is her preferred combat area.

Name- Eiji Ikeda
Age: 426 (apparent age is mid thirties)
Relationship to Hirato: Close friend and former classmate
Rank : 3rd Seat of 6th Division
Zanpakuto: Tankyuu no Yamaneko (Lynx's Pursuit)
Abilities: Eiji is the jack of all trades of the Sentinels. While he possess enough strength and experience to make him a Captain level fighter, Eiji chose not to concentrate exclusively in any one area of combat. The 3rd Seat is a very good swordsman and a mid-high tier combatant in Hakuda in addition to his skill in Kido; Eiji's Kido skills are equivalent that of the 5th's 3rd Seat and he can use Kido to devastating effect against his opponents. Due to his lack of focus in any one area of combat, Eiji is capable of fighting enemies at any range without much difficulty. Still, the 3rd Seat likes to fight at long or mid range, keeping enemies from getting too close with Kido or his Zanpakuto's abilities. Eiji is also an expert in Shunpo, capable of matching the slower Captains (such as Mayuri).


Name- Arata Yochida
Age: 405
Relationship to Hirato: Former classmate and friend
Rank: 4th Seat of 3rd Division
Zanpakuto: Bushou no Kaijuu (Monster's Sloth)
Abilities: Arata is the second most proficient Hakuda user in the Sentinels, only surpassed by Kojiro. He has trained extensively in it with Hirato and Kojiro in addition to his training with various other Hakuda experts and he has fought many times over the years using only his bare hands. While Arata has not developed Hakuda techniques per se, the 4th Seat has created moves of his own by modifying some of the traditional strikes and adding in his own flair to them. This skill alone makes him a dangerous opponent, but his skill in Zanjutsu is mid-tier Captain level. He can use some Kido, none exceeding the thirties and dislikes having to use Kido in a battle. Arata's Shunpo is the third fastest of the Sentinels and he has trained extensively in it in order to counter his weakness in long range combat.
