Information
First of all welcome to Squad 12's roster sheet area. A area where members of Squad 12 are kept track of and what part of the squad they are in if any. The squad is spilt into two main groups "Combat and containment unit" and "Research and development unit". A rough description of each group and what squad 12 does below so lets get started shall we?
Combat and Containment unit: This group is squad 12's fighters and the group that keeps some of the living experiments in order. Needless to say this is the dangerous unit among squad 12 and it is advised to know the combat system and be a good fighter when joining this unit.
Research and development unit: This group is the nerds and engineers of Soul society. Needless to say you get to work with the captain a lot in this group and are not at riskas much. This unit will get more events as they are easier to organize. It is advised to know how to add detail and some mechanical terms to excel with this unit.
Seating and placement: As the members are still new a lot of slots are currently open for grabs. Seating will be decided first come first serve until all seat are filled, From that if one wishes for a seat either a thread with the captain or that seated member is required. How you settle things is up to you if you meet the seat holder, If you meet the captain you must prove you have what it takes to hold the seat.
Seating and high ranking spots in the units require active members. So if you go for seat 3 and only get on once a week without a proper reason you might lose your spot. If something comes up like someone wants your seat the captain will send you a message, If RL takes a hit on you let your captain know your spot might be protected or set aside till your return.
Squad rules and punishments: Squad 12 is a group of scientist so failure with a experiment is fine as long as it was not planned to go wrong. Overall squad 12's only real rules are 1. don't be afraid to blow something up in the name of science. 2. Enjoy your time in the squad and be kind to others. 3. If you get into a argument with the captain remember this FIRST he is never wrong, SECOND if he is wrong look back at FIRST.
Helping other?:No every man for himself Don't be afraid to ask for some help everyone, this is a squad of people who enjoy to make crazy things. For training never be to scared to ask the Capitan Im sure he can take the time to help his squad improve, Or other members for that matter.

Combat unit role: Your the muscle that represents Squad 12,Try not to make us look weak. Most of the time you just sit around until something happens in Soul society and squad 12 gets called to deal with it.
Containment unit role: Your a group of secrecy you can not speak of what you do nor what is locked away deep under squad 12. Your job is to accompany the captain and researchers when they enter the lower levels to keep them save.
Research and development unit: This group is the nerds and engineers of Soul society. Needless to say you get to work with the captain a lot in this group and are not at risk
Researcher role:You get to spend hours on end studying a rock.Your job is study some of the living experiments or items the development team makes. You revise others and help them along. (Creative criticize is to be kept minimal please)
Developer role:You get to blow stuff upYour task is to help further Soul society in as many scientific fields as possible. Making drugs to null pain, or large tanks to level cities (With permission of the captain of course)
