ALL BASE LEVELS WILL BE AS FOLLOWED
Shinigami – Hollow – Low Ranking Quincy and Humans that have recently unlocked Fullbring will get a maximum of 25 points to spend in the follow tiers, maximum at lower rank of 10 per category.
Vice Captain – Arrancar – Midlevel Tier Quincy and Fullbringers who are adept get a bonus 25 points to spend in each category, Maximum of 30 in each category.
Captain – Arrancar Master Class – Quincy Master Class and Fullbringers who are fully adept get an additional 25 points, Maximum of 40 in each category
