Physical Description:
what if i told you you’re perfect, with those blue skies in your eyes
Sachiko is easily recognizable and stands out, in almost every way. She has an appearance that most refer to as “frightening” (some, when her scars are visible, would prefer to call her downright demonic), often holding herself in a way that can be taken as arrogant. Her skin is darker than your average Shinigami’s, for one thing. She calls it “the color of perfect coffee” (this is light brown/mocha; she likes a lot of milk in her coffee). In addition to that, she is exceptionally tall and built sturdily. A lifetime of scrapping and toughing it have hardened and scarred her, and it shows. Her entire presence comes off as predatory and wild, from her posture to her voice to her eyes. On occasion she has been mistaken for a demon, an image not hindered by the fact that she does in fact file her nails and a few of her teeth sharpened to points.
Sachiko has the body of someone who lives to fight, compact and strongly built. Her skin is criss-crossed with faded scars and bruises from battles both old and new, as well as smudges of dirt and ink. Her legs are long and she would probably be a bit more acrobatic if she weren’t so top-heavy. She is actually very slender, though you’d never tell by looking at her. Her chest is…to be put delicately, less than subtle.
Her hair is, unsurprisingly, usually very unruly. Though it was originally pitch black, she dyed narrow red, blonde and orange streaks in it, with a single blue stripe on her bangs (representing Rena, Jirou, Roy and Sasuke respectively). It is very long and very fine, but she keeps it back in a low ponytail while she is working. When it is up, it only falls to the middle of her back, but it falls past her hips when she lets it down. Never having been much of a person who spends a lot of time on appearance, she usually runs a brush through it twice and goes off. Her hair is also the reason behind her rather humiliating nickname: Grasshopper. A single strand of hair stands up and curves down in front of her head, looking a lot like an antenna. Nothing she does ever can keep the damned thing from popping up.
Sachiko’s eyes are pale pale blue, so much so that they look almost white when viewed from afar. Her bangs fall low, sweeping dramatically to the side to hide her left eye from view. This eye, if you were to ever catch a glimpse of it, is forced closed by a thick scar that runs from the crown of her head and disappears under her clothes, slicing all the way down her body and finally stopping just below her left knee. She goes to great lengths to hide this scar, as most people find it to be extremely disturbing.
Her uniform has no sleeves, and she wears it tighter than most other women (she says it’s more comfortable that way). She has her zanpakuto strapped diagonally across her back, tied with a purple sash. Other than that, she doesn’t really personalize her uniform much, no accessories or anything like that. She never really saw the need for them. When in the human world, she wears basically the same thing: a black sleeveless shirt and jeans (though for special occasions she might don a dress or a necklace or something). She’s not terribly imaginative in that regard. In her off-time, she prefers to wear very simple clothes; simple blue or green kimonos, simple shirts and breeches.
Personal Information
Personality Overview:
to find this love of mine, i’d walk through wind and fire
The Perfect Soldier - Sachiko is a soldier. There is no other word for her when it comes to her job as a Shinigami. She is the kind of person who is loyal to the death and will always put the mission first, even if it means placing it before the lives of her teammates. She doesn’t question her orders, she doesn’t make excuses and, if she should have any doubts regarding the mission, she will keep them to herself until the opportune moment (aka, when the mission is over). She believes that if you called off a mission every time your life or someone else’s life was in jeopardy, not only does that make you a coward, but it also means that nothing would ever get done. This is not to say that she believes people’s lives are meaningless, but she doesn’t think that you should risk everything to for the sake of a single person. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few or the one. And complaining about things is just a waste of time that would be better spent doing a job that probably isn’t worth your words anyway.
A Natural Leader - In truth, Sachiko found herself in the unofficial leading position a few times in her life. She has a naturally “alpha” attitude and when the circumstances require it, she will rise to the challenge and take charge. (Actually, it is often her own self-control and respect of the others that keeps her from rushing ahead.) In spite of that, though, she has no desire at all to be at the top, though her respect for those who are up there knows no bounds. She says that being on top just isn’t for her “yet”…
A Tireless Soul – To those she doesn’t know, or trust, or like, Sachiko is a bit odd. On one hand, she has an abundance of energy at almost all time, but at the same time, people she doesn’t know make her uncomfortable, and she doesn’t really like to talk to them. But once she’d decided you’re not horrible, she’ll act almost completely different. She can be a bit challenging to get along with, though; she is, even after all these years, a bit rough and unyielding. She’s known to be a bit jumpy as well and it doesn’t take very much to get her to hit something. She hasn’t been in “civilized society” for terribly long, comparatively speaking.
And after she thaws out to you, keeping up with her is tiring; she is very loud, rambunctious and laid-back and never hesitates to speak her mind. She is very aggressive and may be taken as somewhat of a bitch since it never occurs to her to ever censor what she is saying. She is just speaking her mind, as loud as she can. And boy is she loud. Sachiko loves to share with the people around her and she tends to do it enthusiastically. She is, actually, much less aggressive than she has been in the past. In fact, she is almost shy in her demeanor sometimes.
Honesty Lies - Sachiko’s second most noticeable feature is her perpetual honesty. She hates lying, she hates liars, and she prides herself at never having told a lie (that she remembers). If you don’t think someone can handle the truth, then you should not tell them the truth, but don’t feed them a lie that will cause them to self-destruct. She dislikes liars, she dislikes lying, and she dislikes it when she has no choice but to lie. She hasn’t learned how to sugar-coat the truth yet, either, so most of what she says can be rather harsh.
A Monster Turned Pet - And as for her number one most noticeable feature…this is something that people notice before she even opens her mouth. Actually, most people could notice it from across the room. No matter what mood Sachiko is in or what her circumstances are at the moment, there is always a feral nature about her. The air around her is tense and energetic, like a bomb waiting to explode. She always has a chaotic, wild and unpredictable way about her, as if she could fly off the handle at any moment. Though she usually keeps herself under control, release is necessary and when she lets herself go, she really lets herself go. She always seems to be restless and burning. She is almost like a formerly wild dog that is domesticated…you can make sure it obeys you and you can make it enjoy the home, but you can never take away its rough edges. And this comparison is not far off the mark…

Childhood
in which family is briefly tasted
in which family is briefly tasted
Sachiko was born in Soul Society, but she was not so fortunate as to be born into one of the noble or high birth families. She was born in the far northern tip of Rukungai, in a place with very little food and very little structure (it was a place so cold that, as a child, Sachiko could never cry, as the tears would freeze her eyes). Since birth she has lived in a world of chaos, though she never had to brave it alone. She had a twin brother named Sasuke, and there were sometimes whispers of an older sister, but she never met her. He was the only one she felt she needed, and from birth they were closer than close (so close that oftentimes people wondered if the rumors that twins were one soul in two bodies was true.)
Sachiko and Sasuke were born to Kobayashi Sora, but she died only a year after their birth. When they think of “mother”, it is the face of their aunt, Sayu that comes to mind. Following their mother’s death, Sayu raised the two in their small, supporting them, as they had always required eating. She was a rough woman but she loved the two like her own children. They lived throughout their childhood in the worst parts of Rukungai, but she always found a way to make sure they had food.
Together, they learned that the only way to survive when no one cared it you lived or died was to fight for your survival. They weren’t exactly close as siblings, as their personalities were too alike to be compatible, but there was never any doubt that they loved each other. They were both violent and showed their affection as such: with violent words and actions. Sachiko was the stronger of the two and she was always fighting out of the fights that Sasuke’s big mouth got them into. He was the top dog and she was the more powerful but more submissive puppy. Though she came to dislike this arrangement as they got older, she endured it for quite a long time before finally standing up for herself.
Sayu raised the two well. They were some of the few children in their area who could read and write and do simple math, and that is probably one of the only reasons Sachiko didn’t completely fail when it came time for her to take up her duty as a Shinigami. Sayu tried her best to teach them that there was more to life than violence, though her own experiences and personality sometimes belied her teaching words.
Sayu died when the two were young. In such a harsh place, there was no one who was willing to take in a pair of children, especially not ones who needed to eat. So, they began to wander around, stealing whatever they needed to survive, fighting their way out of whatever Sasuke got them into. Sachiko finally made the decision to travel south, where it was warmer. Cold has become something that Sachiko despises greatly, as it brings back memories of her early childhood, which are none too pretty. She often thanks the stars that most of it was a blur.
Teen Years
the birth of the pack
the birth of the pack
By the time she was the Soul Society equivalent of a teenager, Sachiko was more of a wild animal than a girl. She and Sasuke wandered through most of Rukungai, free and untamed. They were always fighting, for food, for respect, to protect what they wanted or just for the hell of it. Violence and blood were absolutes in life, no matter how much you disliked them. Sasuke enjoyed fighting much more than Sachiko did; he was the one looking for fights, and she was the one who ended up finishing them. Even so, she was more notorious for her violent nature, and was known for miles around as the “Blue-Eyed Beast”.
After a little while, the twins found themselves surrounded by people, people who found them inspiring and saw them as leaders. This is where their “pack” mentality grew. Though pack members came and went, they would always fight to the death for them while they were there. Sachiko fell more and more into her animalistic state of mind, so much so that she didn’t even speak. She became almost afraid of her own voice. Because of this, people often made up names for her, usually based on the first thing they noticed about her. Some called her “Chocolate”, “Sky”, “Dog”, etc. She rarely ever saw fit to correct them, at that point not caring what she was called.
Sachiko was almost always the “alpha” of the pack, despite how strong Sasuke’s hold over her was.
One pack member who greatly influenced Sachiko throughout her life was one of the last ones she gained, a man she met somewhere around her 150th year of life. His name was Roy. He was a dead soul, of course, and he was one of the few people who ever heard her speak. She actually reached out to him, which was a rare thing for Sachiko, known for being rather introverted and reserved (unless alcohol was involved). Until she told him her name, and even after then, he called her “Star”, a name that had significance for her because of her own love of the stars. The two grew extremely close, and Roy even came to fall in love with Sachiko, though whether she returned the feelings was something that she literally didn’t have the heart for at the time.
He was the first person who listened to her when she spoke of her dreams…especially the dream of being a Shinigami.
Adulthood
when dreams come to fruition and a woman is born
when dreams come to fruition and a woman is born
Like every child growing up in Soul Society, Sachiko heard stories of the Shinigami and all they did for the world. Though Sasuke couldn’t care less about them, she always admired them greatly and thoughts of one day joining their ranks were probably the only thing that kept her sane most of the time. Roy greatly encouraged her to follow this dream and, eventually, she did.
To say that Sasuke disapproved of this desire, however, would be a vast understatement. To say the least, he thought that it would be the biggest mistake of Sachiko’s life and he made no mistakes about it. Like most of the people they encountered, Sasuke had a low and disgusted attitude towards the Shinigami, though often for no other reason than the fact that they threatened to steal his "Chiko-chan" away. They argued about it constantly and, because of their matching violent personalities, this led to fights that went above and beyond sibling rivalry.
But Sachiko was determined, and Roy encouraged her with all of his strength, and she finally agreed to take the entrance exam. She trained for almost a year before finally telling Sasuke of her plans.
That was the day she received her scar. Sasuke, protective and possessive as he was, swore he’d do anything to keep her from leaving him, even kill her. And, as it turns out, he almost did. Their verbal fight escalated, as they almost always did, into a full-blown battle. Sasuke, near the end of the fight, took her sword from her hands and sliced her from her head to her leg. It was only the swift intervention of a few of her packmates that saved Sachiko from bleeding out on the ground. As it turned out, her twin almost succeeded in his goal of making her quit; it took her years to recover from her wounds to the point where she was able to go to the Academy. The day before she left, she found him for the last time, tracking him down easily through the forest. It broke her heart, she says, the sight he was when she returned. Without her to get him out of the battles he started, he had become little more than a wild animal. But he recognized her.
She embraced him affectionately for the first and last time in their lives, and told him that she forgave him, that she was leaving soon, that she would never forget him, and that she loved him. He was her only brother and he had made her life a little more bearable. When she left him, they were both crying.
That was the last time Sachiko ever saw her brother. To this day, she doesn’t know where he is, but she knows he is alive somewhere. She claims she can feel it, and sometimes she still dreams about him, fighting his way through the wilderness.
Academy Days
where the broken dog finds her voice"
where the broken dog finds her voice"
When Sachiko finally began to reach for her dream, however, she found that it was not as easy as she may have hoped. Her years at the academy were not among her shining moments by any stretch of the imagination. Unfortunately for her, she was a very slow learner and had a bit of a discipline issue. And by a bit, I mean she fought every single time she felt like it, and didn’t take orders very well at all. She didn’t like doing what she was told, or being told what to do, or even really being talked to in any way at all (years of growing up alone does that to a person). She was just as much as a terror and pain in the butt as she was during her childhood. Though she certainly had the power, she had never had to apply her mind to anything, usually just using her fists to beat her way out of problems presented to her throughout her childhood. She failed more than her fair share of tests and classes throughout her time at the academy. She was more than relieved when she finally finished, and she says that compared to those days, even fighting an Espada would be easier than her Academy days.
Sachiko had quite a horrible reputation, extremely similar to the one she had gained in Rukungai. She was often called “Bakemono”, or ”Monster” by her fellow students, and she spent most of her time extreming between being extremely violent and being so shut in her own world that she would walk into walls and doors and people. She refused to speak to anyone, and only the goodwill of a few teachers who saw past her feral nature kept her going and in the Academy.
The only thing that got her through those years was two people who became her new “pack”: two fellow students, a redhead woman named Rena and a Chinese man named Ryuuen. She first met them after exploding and almost attacking Rena, but it wasn’t for another few weeks that they actually spoke. Rena was the first person to approach her, finding her one night while she was speaking to the stars (where Sachiko grew up, stars were believed to be the souls of the deceased, and they were worshiped and prayed to and confided in in a manner similar to deities). The very first thing Rena said to her was, “So you can speak.”
And thus began their friendship.
The three, Sachiko, Rena and Ryuuen, became “the” trio of their year. Everyone knew them and, if you saw one, the others were not far behind. They spent a great deal of time together, and the two taught Sachiko how to be a socially functional person. In one memorable and extremely important event, the three all sat around and decided on Sachiko's birthday (they finally decided on a date that was exactly a week after Ryuuen's birthday, and exactly three weeks before Rena's, thus ordering their birthdays by their age.
Sachiko, at her friends’ urging, began to make more of an effort to not look and act so frightening. She began to grow out her hair and hid her scars. She stopped picking fights whenever she felt like it. To this day, though, some of her more deep-seated habits remain unbroken, such as her habit of never eating her fill, the act of filing and sharpening her nails, and her habit of growling when she is excited or aggravated (even she isn’t quite sure where that one came from, though).
Life as a Shinigami
when you realize it's not meant to be
when you realize it's not meant to be
Somehow, after only having to repeat one year, Sachiko finally graduated and, without any surprise from anyone, was immediately put into the Eleventh Division with Rena (though that Division was one of two she had to choose between). They both kept in touch with Ryuuen, who joined Fourth Division, where he was certain to see both of his best friends very often.
While in this Division, Sachiko had a romance with one of her comrades, another unseated officer named Jiro. Anyone looking at the two of them would wonder how on earth they ever came to like one another, as their personalities were as different as you could imagine. Jiro was cold and passionless and cruel to Sachiko’s hot and fiery personality, and they both spoke so little it was almost humorous. But in spite of that, they actually loved each other very much, to the point where they even got engaged, or so they said.
Even by this point, however, Sachiko hardly spoke and, being surrounded by the violence-loving Shinigami in Eleventh, she found she hardly needed to. The Division fed her animalistic side and almost encouraged her to remain in her feral state of mind. Many times Rena encouraged her to transfer out, but Sachiko always ignored the advice.
But only twenty years into her service, tragedy struck the tragedy. Rena was struck down in battle, an event that shook Sachiko deeply. Rena had become the one person Sachiko relied on the most and, at this point in her life, the idea of being on her own was a frightening concept. After that event, she and Ryuuen became even closer, but it also caused Sachiko to think more and more about what she really wanted to do before she inevitably died. She resolved to change herself, as Rena had always been pushing her to do. Shortly after her friend’s funeral, she transferred to Eighth Division. This change brought about several crucial changes, the most foremost being that she became slightly more social, due to the social active members of her division. Also, due to the distance and the already-uncertain nature of their relationship, her romance with Jiro dissolved, which strangely caused no sorrow or discomfort for either of them.
Sachiko has been in the Eighth Division for almost 20 years now, during which time she has mellowed out considerably. In recent months, however, the ambition that inspired her to become a Shinigami in the first place has begun to burn again, leading her to begin striving for those things she desires most: knowledge, power, and a pack.
Zanpakuto Information
Zanpakuto Name: Kossetsu ao ōkami (Fractured Blue Wolf)
Ability Type: Combat
Release Phrase: “Hanto, Kossetsu ao ōkami!” (“Hunt, Fractured Blue Wolf”)
Sealed Description:
- Length: 5’4”
When in its unreleased form, ōkami is almost as tall as its mistress. It is a very typically sized nodachi, which you’d think would make it difficult to fight with. Perhaps due to her height, Sachiko seems to have absolutely no trouble with it. The sword has no colors or decoration, and the handle is almost a foot long by itself. The blade is slightly curved, and there is a network of small cracks and scratches near the handle, making the blade look like it’s about to break off at any moment.
ōkami’s sheath is dark green and, like the blade, has almost no decoration. Sachiko often opts to leave the sheath behind, however, in favor of just wrapping the blade in a purple sash, making taking the weapon out an easier and faster process. Since it is much too long for her to put in a sheath at her side, ōkami is almost always either strapped to her back or carried around in her hand.
Inner World:
The world that Sachiko and her zanpakuto share is torn…literally. There is a thin white line that strikes down the middle.
On the right of the world, the scene depicted is a room that is peaceful and quiet. The world is very peaceful and serene; a little pocket of reality that is a bit messy but very attractive and colorful. There are cushions and decorations and sometimes even the ghosts of a small animal lounging in the corner. The room lacks a door, or front wall, and faces the outside directly. There are trees surrounding it, and a garden with colorful flowers. There is even a little pond right in front. It is comfortable, inviting and beautiful.
The line, however, goes through the middle of everything. And to the left side of the line, the scene is very different. The room is crumbling and pathetic and dirty, and the forest that surrounds it has almost swallowed its “house” whole. The pond is dirty and scummy and everything is messy, wild and hostile. But there is still life; there are what look like wolves slinking in the shadows and the pond is in constant motion, as if fish are swimming just below the surface. Sachiko says that it is just as beautiful, but in an extremely different way.
Sachiko prefers to sit on the wild side and ōkami on the peaceful, though they occasionally switch places or share a “room”. The only constants in the two rooms are the chair and the picture. The chair is actually more resembling of a throne, as it is large enough for both Sachiko and ōkami to share the seat. And, hanging above it is a picture of Sachiko, though the scene and her clothes change constantly. Though the line slices down the middle of her face, she remains exactly the same on both sides, whole and without her scar.
Zanpakuto Spirit:
In spirit, ōkami is a large and impressive white dog. He stands at an amazing 12 feet at the shoulder, easily dwarfing Sachiko. He is extremely muscular and scarred from literally centuries of fighting. His fur is untrimmed but clean and it is especially tangled around his paws and shoulders. He has what resembles a mane around his shoulders that extends down his spine and poofs into his tail. His entire body is laced with scars, some of which are so new that they are still bleeding. His left ear is torn almost down to his skull and his tongue, when you see it, is similarly shredded. He has two rows of teeth in his mouth, and the back row is serrated (which explains why his tongue is in such a horrible state). His eyes, however, are his most shocking feature. They have no pupils, no whites and he never blinks. His eyes are a deep shade of red, and the lack of pupils makes it hard to tell where he is looking, or even if he sees at all. (For the record, he does not…ōkami is blind.)
ōkami is less of soldier-type personality and more of a retired war general. He is every bit as aggressive as his mistress, but he carries himself with an age and wisdom that Sachiko has not yet achieved. He is quite a fighter, but he prefers to sit back and think his battles through carefully before and as he fights them. Almost everything he says is to give some helpful piece of information, usually something she has overlooked. He is easily angered and emotes very openly, no matter it is he is feeling. He is rather like a big brother or a father figure to her, looking out for her when she seems to forget that it’s her job to take care of herself.
Shikai Description:
When released, ōkami’s dimensions do not seem change. Rather, they seem to switch. From a nodachi, he changes form into a naginata. The handle now accounts for most of the weapon’s length, the blade now being only a little over a foot long. It is a few inches shorter, meaning that her reach decreases slightly, but her profession with this weapon is much greater than that she has with her unreleased weapon.
ōkami still suffers from the same lack of decoration that Sachiko is known for. In this form, it looks like a much older and well-worn weapon. The black handle is completely untouched save for the worn and splintered appearance that shows just how much battle the blade has seen. The blade is scratched, but sharp, and still sports the multitude of cracks that previously marked it.
Functionality:
ōkami’s reach is amazing, and the way it is built allows Sachiko to use almost her full strength when swinging it (and you can bet your hat that she will). This is a feature that she does not have as much with the unreleased form, and thus Sachiko prefers to fight in Shikai.
Despite its fractured appearance, ōkami is actually extremely durable. It can take a lot of punishment, sometimes even more than Sachiko herself could take. This means that she can hit with all her strength without worrying about the repercussions (namely: breaking it). She often uses it to block attacks, but the thin handle and blade mean that, in the case of multiple or broad attacks, her defense is rather poor.
Because of its length, Sachiko has difficulty fighting in extremely close combat. If an opponent comes close to her to fight hand-to-hand, she will either be forced to hold ōkami in an extremely awkward position or just discard the weapon and rely on her body instead.

Combat Information
Reiryoku Level: 9
Character Dynamic:
Sachiko’s strength lie mainly in, well…strength. Anything she does it really just an explosion of power that she can’t control terribly well, whether this is Kido or just punching someone in the face. Once she gets the hang of something, she tends to get lazy and doesn’t bother to perfect the technique before using it (which makes it a good thing that ōkami doesn’t seem to have any abilities). After all, what use do you have to make a complex attack if you have one that’ll blow your enemy away with one blast? (All of this is mostly because Sachiko is a slow learner and a lazy student.) However, this is rarely an issue: Sachiko doesn’t like using Kido (no matter how weak or helpful the technique may seem at the time). To Sachiko, what good are weapons and spells? She likes to get down and dirty, she likes to get scars out of it, and she likes to feel it when she is beating her enemy senseless.
Her reiatsu control leaves quite a bit to be desired (yet another reason she dislikes Kido). Though she isn’t exactly losing control of every technique she uses, she does tend to put a bit too much power into what she does, and this often leads to her causing more destruction than she is attempting to prevent. Her spells aren’t wildly out of control; they’re wildly out of proportion. She sometimes even ends up hurting herself.
Years of fighting bigger opponents means that Sachiko is one tough little cookie to beat. She can take a lot of punishment and just shake it off, which is usually what she does. Her physical strength is great and she uses it as her main asset in battle (heck, it’s about the only thing she uses in battle!). The same explosion of power that is released when she (very rarely) uses a Kido spell is almost nothing compared to what happens to her opponent following Sachiko’s fist meeting their face. Unfortunately, this extreme display of power means that she tends to tire quickly, but Sachiko is hardly the kind of woman to run away from a fight, even if she is beaten and/or exhausted.
Because her left eye is useless, Sachiko must try very hard to keep her enemy in sight, which is sometimes difficult. Because of this (paired with a lifetime of tracking and stealing), she has developed a high sensitive to reiryoku, meaning that she has become an expert tracker. The scar that also cuts through her leg also means that her body is slightly weaker on that side and, if forced to use that leg very much in a battle, that side might fail, which has on more than one occasional forced her to take the lower ground.
Fighting Style:
When she is fighting, Sachiko is like an animal. She is wild, chaotic and doesn’t tend to think any of her actions through. She relies mainly on instinct and whatever she assumes to be a good idea at the moment. She doesn’t hold back or stop attacking or let up in any way at all. It honestly never occurs to her; she is often too caught up in the battle to think about it. She uses whatever she needs to, whatever she can get her hands on, does whatever she has to to win the battle. She has an almost “bar brawl” way of fighting; anything goes and you can use whatever the hell you think you need to.
Sachiko’s favorite kind of battle is the hunt. She is a predator and enjoys the thrill that comes from chasing and catching your opponent. She is easily baited into battle, but not so easily snapped out of it. She doesn’t believe a battle is over until one, or both, opponents lose the will to fight, so she will keep at it until she gets bored or can’t fight anymore. When it comes to fighting, she loses all self-control. It is one of the few times she lets all her feral urges go wild.
Sachiko doesn’t often use Kido, partly because she doesn’t like it and partly out of self-defense. She often relies on her own physical strength and her zanpakuto in a battle, almost always in that order.
Reiryoku/Reiatsu Abilities:
- Name: Konso (Soul Burial)
Class: Utility
Range: Touch
Description: Shinigami use this skill to transport Plus spirits, forcefully or otherwise, to Soul Society. This is a derivative of the zanpakuto’s natural ability to purify hollows by splitting their masks. - Name: Shunpo (Flash Step)
Class: Utility
Range: Personal
Description: The Shinigami’s signature movement technique, using extreme speed and acceleration to overcome the eye’s capacity to trace movement. This ability can be used to travel quickly from one place to another, or in combat by a skilled practitioner to get a jump on the enemy. Using this skill repeatedly over the course of a battle is ill-advised, as it does not take long for the opponent’s eyes to adjust to the high-speed movement.
Known Kido:
[li] 4 - Byakurai - By using this spell, the user may shoot a weak bolt of lightning out of his/her index finger.
[/li][li] 11 - Tsuzuri - This offensive kido can give an electrical charge to the first thing the caster touches. The current will travel through the object, and cause to damage to anything touching the object.
Bakudo -
[/li][li] 4 - Hainawa - This spell causes a yellow rope to shot out at a target. The rope cackles similar to lightning. The rope will lance out, & wrap around its target, regardless if it is a living creature or not.
[/li][li] 8 - Seki - The caster creates a small blue orb made of their own reishi. Whatever touches the orb is knocked backwards. It is primarily used to block attacks. Once the orb has deflected something, it dissipates. It can only withstand small attacks; something like a cero or a Quincy arrow would strike it and not be affected.
[/li][/ul]
Significant Inventory:
- Necklace - A parting gift from her last packmates (Roy, specifically) to Sachiko: a chain with a collection of charms on it. (The charms include a small compass, a stone caring of a wolf, an apple charm, a ring, and a star constructed out of multicolored wires.
