The Gotei have emerged from a long and bloody Civil War within the Seireitei and the Rukon. Five centuries ago the Soitaicho Xiaoyu Demizu and her Fukotaicho Kimiko Demizu found out that the ruling body of the Central Forty Six had become corrupt. The Rebels who numbered but in the thousands came to the crater and began construction of a memorial to all those who had lost their lives in the conflict. Most notably the two Soitaichos that had triggered the very war they had just ended. Now with the war being over the leader of the Rebels passed away leaving the bloodied hakama that was the symbol of the Gotei to her eldest daughter Lhin who now is in charge of the Gotei and tasked with leading them out from the ruins they where within.
Many have risen and many have fallen during the Gotei’s Civil War but there has been but a few constants. The Tres Beasts roaming the sands in honor of their Reyes. Along with them the elite squadrons of Grimmjow roamed the sands for four centuries as the Gotei imploded, but then one day they stopped. No one knows what happened to the former Espada. Those so strong they said could suck the very light from the air about them when their powers where used. Now the sands stir restlessly. Those afraid to show their face for the previous century are now emerging. Stronger Adjuncha’s clawing around trying to find the rumored source of the power of the Reyes within the ruins of the White City.
However by comparison the old ruins that was once Aizen's kingdom whilst in Heuco Mundo has had some presence dwelling from within. Neither Hollow or Arrancar dare trespass however due to the reiatsu emitting from it's once proud walls. What threat could be looming within the former citadel of power...
During the Shinigami's absence from the Human realm, Hollows have grown unchecked, the Quincies just as much as they hold much dominance over the realm of man as the last defenders against the hollows. Feeling that the Shinigami have abandoned mankind the Quincies have had no issue or opposition crushing any pockets of resistance with their newfound allies the Fullbringers.
However the Fullbringers feel that despite the lack of Shinigami within the world the threat of Hollow and Arrancar alike have risen. Local rural towns decimated within hours as many once ruins of mankind have become desolate holds for Hollow factions.
However during all of this two amongst a handful of others from a past long since forgotten have awoken and seized opportunity during the detonation of the Sokyokyou Hill. The names forgotten by the sands of time however with the mishap and under sight by the Shinigami this darker shadow from the past will need to be addressed before it surely spoils ruin to all fronts, Hollow, Quincy, Shinigami and Human alike.

Okay, so this suggestion is mostly concerned with the site's history, not really a major thing, more concerned with aesthetics or the overall flavor, if you will.
I thought it would be nice if Quincies and Humans with special abilities had a sort of Alliance, maybe a coalition that was started by Orihime, Sado and Uryuu? Maybe by our current timeline, the Holy Cross itself would have already taken Humans into their fold and are using them as Auxiliary forces or the like whenever the need arises.
The reason for this suggestion is that I've figured that since Quincies are basically humans with special abilities themselves, and are basically protecting the same interests as the human factions, that is, the human world, why not have them work together? By working together, I mean not some haphazard, hastily made non-aggression pact, but an actual alliance, with an actual system for cooperation and support, if not an actual merger.
We'll basically end up with a force to be reckoned with, something that the Arrancar armies or Soul Society itself would actually consider a major threat. If things go to hell between the factions, we'll have a massive, three-way multi-dimensional war (Soul Society vs. Hueco Mundo vs. Earth) where no one side has the upper hand, since they'll all basically have more or less the same amount of strength, and it would be anybody's guess who'll win.

Although it may not seem like it, the conflict is already three-way, at least technically. The humans are supporting a group called the Assassins, who prey on Shinigami and Quincy alike and advocate humans defending themselves. Still, this is an interesting idea.
Yeah, they are, but not every human supports it. It's a very niche group and nothing says we can't have both. It'd be nice to have an option for humans who don't want to fight against the Quincys and I do like the idea of the Quincys reaching out to the people they're sharing this old rock with and getting as much support from them as they can, though I suspect they'd be wary because of the assassins. An alliance like that would have taken a huge hit from the assassin uprising, so maybe some IC drama from that would be interesting as well.
(I'm actually out and about rn if this post screws up I'm sorry)
I don't know, Quincy kind of see it as their job to protect humans so bringing them into the fray would only compromise the purpose of their mission in the first place. Though some sort of intelligence branch that comprised of spiritually aware humans might not be a bad idea.
They are hyper vulnerable to infiltration by members of the assassin group in that case though.
I don't know, I wonder how people with human characters feel? I don't think there are many apart from Kasumi and Donna.
Oh. I forgot about the Assassins. Apparently they didn't make too much of an impact in my head for me to remember them. Lol at my memory. But yeah, I suppose that could cause continuity problems.
Of course, like I said earlier, my suggestion for the Alliance is just for flavor anyway. Or perhaps a chance to expand the ordinary human's options to either be an Assassin, a Pro-Quincy (Affiliated/member the Holy Cross but not a Quincy) or simply neutral all-in-all.

I would say a working relationship would exist because in order to protect them the Quincy would have to know who was and wasnt a powererd individual.
Men are not men on the battlefield they turn into another creature. You can do the cruelest things whether its an order or not. To protect yourself you mind shuts out the emotions you have, but once the war is over you cant keep it closed.
